ADR When Coverage Matters
Home: Image
Sometimes insurance coverage is the object of the dispute, such as when there is a property loss. Even when insurance is not the subject of the litigation, whether coverage is available can drastically impact a third party claim. Other times, an inter-insurer dispute may be the obstacle to resolution.
When insurance coverage is at the core of your dispute, or is a serious impediment to settling a third party claim, you need a mediator or arbitrator who understands insurance law and can help the parties resolve their issues
or resolve the issue that is preventing conclusion of the underlying claim. Not all meditators or arbitrators have
the necessary background to thoughtfully help the parties work through complicated insurance problems and
bad faith claims.
When coverage is crucial, contact Lane Finch. His thoughtful and creative approach to analyzing complex issues can help you solve your coverage dilemmas.
